The Responsibility of an Educational Institution

When i think e back to my college days, which was like fifteen years ago now, and i'm getting old, i remember just being like, there's sixty, seventy per cent of my classes i didn't need to take cause they weren't relevant towards my degree. And so it's just like, why y having to spend money to get a degree to fit a criteria of what education wants you to do?
