A private equity fund is usually act ed by just three people int this a partner and some analysts. Venture capital, it's a private investment esting into private tect companies. A lot of the things im saying, i think are true broadly speaking but i know more about real estate. And then i'll add one more point to what's the software rails of the private investment industry through what basically is the sofware rails of finance.
