Is the Dictionary a Reactionary?
Dictionary is a reactionary a, yes, not ai. It doesn't prescribe what should be. And then don't you hear people say, ah, well, that's not the dictionary definition or the dictionary pronunciation? That's really food for thought. I think it as with seing language as a live, dynamic organism and not as a fixed code rules.
