You Have Responsibility for What You See, and Everything That Happens to You Is Your Perception

Opening Session - "Abundance in Miracles" Tabula Rasa Online Retreat with David Hoffmeister and Frances Xu

We all have our connotations whatever our past learning has taught us about abundance, but there was something fresh and new in that word when it was presenting itself in the Course in Miracles. It was saying come and get to know Me. Know Me as fulfillment, know Me as contentment, know Me as joy, know Me as peace, know Me as rest. When you're abundant, you have an awareness that you have everything and that you are everything, and therefore there's not a chance that an ego thought of scarcity, lack, or comparison can get in there.

It's not about succeeding or failing in the world; it's about releasing all your definitions of what you thought success and failure are. Then you're left with the present moment, and it's hugely abundant. I mean, we experience miracles every day. They're so very natural because they come from our source and because we're not blocking them anymore. We're not trying to block the miracle. Why would we block the miracle when it's all around us? It's us. It's in us and all around us. It's so precious.
