Sleep Versus Sleep?
A study from a couple years ago looked at variation of sleep verses, like catching up on sleep. What they actually found is that the consistency, even if you're not getting enough total sleep, is your body kind of adapts to consistency to a degree. And i see that is a little bit of hope in the sense of a, yes, it's always better to get, you know, more sleep a to degree,. But if your current schedule only allows you six hours o sleep, then do your best to stay consistent in getting those six hours.
