Content includes psychoeducation around why we get anxiety, how to deal with it (or not) when it comes plus the usual personal reflections.  'What did James lose or forget this week?" continues, so does Alex manage to get a point this week? James still refers to it as 'adHd' and Alex discusses how 'toteming' definitely isn't a sex act.
