Multi-Project Governance

In an agency situation, you might be running one project for a client and another project manager might be running a project for that same client. And then to your earlier point about sort of like managing those dependencies between projects by having conversations with other PMs. I think the bottom line is if the listeners take away one thing about this governance approach is that it needs to be easy but smart.
