So there's no way on the Marlago side, DOJ is going to make any decision until they can first get ahold of the evidence that they haven't been able to see yet and decide how that's relevant. If either side decides to appeal it to the Supreme Court, you've got potentially a great deal of further sort of appellate litigation," he said.
