The Winter Solstice, Isn't It?
There's a theory put forward by Martin Sweatman, who claims it's a loony solar calendar. And if he's right, which he could well be, that this fits in with this winter solstice discovery as well. Many of these sites, including the backly and Carrantepi, are proven now, are deliberately kind of repaired, put back together and then covered over. So something might have happened, they just had to move on,. It'd been used for 1500 years and it was time for a change.
