Housing, at this point, when you go down to the root cause of why all this happens, is that it has been a commodity for a very long time. But now, especially in developed nations, it's no onger financially logical for both lenders of money,. nor developers of properties to concentrate on first time home buyers. So these are just stuff to keep in mind yet always those who have had, previously, as a group, held lower capital get more intensified as kind of a profit driving tools.
