Anatoly's Secret Weapon of Abuse

Anatoly Kovalenko was a local youth leader in the town of Chiriches, Russia. He befriended young boys at summer camps and would gain their trust by telling them they'd be bullied if they didn't grow taller. In some cases he would then perform acts of abuse on his victims to make them look like Nazi stormtroopers or Soviet martyrs. Anatoly is said to have killed just short of 50 children during 22 years as a youth leader.
