The Biden Administration's Plan to Expand Legal Pathways to Immigration
The Biden administration is making another move to try and keep illegal immigration under control. The latest proposal says people will be banned from seeking asylum if they try to cross the southwestern border illegally unless they do one of three things. This will make it easier for the US to deport other people who are coming here looking for protection. It would apply to most single adults and families, but not children and teens who cross the border alone.
