Chat GPT: A Large Language Model

The open source large-language model that we released is very, very similar. It's almost like a clone of these existing other models, but its main difference is it only costs us $30 to produce it and using just three machines. The key thing here is that we open sourced it, so anyone can actually use this. Any enterprise, any organization can use that, and they can own the model themselves.
