Roy: I just graduated college from USF 2012. And I had absolutely zero dollars and another school that thank you Jesus, but I'm looking at the rental prices. You could buy a property for $50,000 and rent it for $1,000 a month. So in Florida in 2008 2009 after the crash, things were rock bottom basically 2011 2012 2013You could buy my first property I bought for $51,000. But like again, like not everyone could buy a place for $ 51,000.
Think of this as a step-by-step guide to building literally your own real estate empire!
Roy “Rolly” Weaver did his first real estate transaction fresh out of college with ZERO dollars to his name and, leveraging his earnings, built a portfolio including an apartment building, a hotel, and resort-town cabins which continue to earn him hundreds of thousands of dollars in passive income annually!
Listen on hear to Rolly describe his business ascent using other people's money and stick around for the details on his ongoing "chess match to the death" with James!
