Norfolk County Council Steps Back and Wants to Talk About It

CNN's John Defterios has been taking on the local council in a measured way. He says Norfolk is starting to admit that we need to talk about it. But as yet, Suffolk are a little bit reticent, if that is a word. For members of the public who haven't been engaged in any, or call it activist work with a small A, what would you say to them about getting out there and doing something?
