The Economy Is a Crucial Part of the Political Struggle
The economy must be lost sight of as part of this radical political struggle. The way we take control of our own lives by seizing the means of production is absolutely crucial to our politics. But i think the danger is that some a kind of cultural political people, and then try to ignore the economic base altogether. I think it's something at we've learnt from feminism, is that there are all kinds of power structures that can intermesh with capitalist exploitation. And that nuclear family is material in some sense as well.
