How to Start a Group Training Program

One to two days a week is like really ideal but if you're going to do two days that second day needs to be something creative I would say. If it's a midweek thing it's probably going to have to be in the evening or in the morning as far as that goes. Like I mentioned you want to possibly go with distances that you know would be kind of popular by choosing the right kind of race or goal.
