The big banks do have more money to spend on technology. How can community banks catch up and compete with that? Well, I think it's a very delicate balance because lots of these big banks have been focusing on economies of scale. The main challenge that community banks face is that your customers are getting older generally. They'll still want to come for that human-led experience in those more challenging moments.
