Is There a Chafing in the New Employees?
Some people have been overwhelmed, especially on the production side. So we hired like we actually had to hire more people on the S. chain A side to support kind of making that investment. We found that at certain revenue sizes and she met all like you're optimized for even a margin. But then if you want to get to the next level of total even up, you have to then like reinvest a little bit in S. G. and A people can't be generalists. Then you know, they have to be focused in certain roles. That's part of why we're also looking at acquisition as well.
