And then of the self optimization ones, you have to find, is it just people who think hard work is all you need? Or is it prosperity gospel plus like manifesting and like there's magic in the universe? Yes. Books love to swear in their titles now. Unfuck yourself. The subtle art of not giving a fuck. Those are the cool edgy self-help books. They get it. It's just a lot of the same self optimization manifesting. Yeah
