One of the reasons people talk themselves out of meditating, is that it's too time consuming. You can start with five minutes a day and just either do it first thing when you wake up or last thing before you go to bed. If you do that for two weeks, with guided meditations, let's say, you will feel so much better. The benefits are like you'll increase memory, you'll increase your concentration, you will decrease the size of your migdala.
