The truth is that you're never correct. The error in both of these cases is three weeks. In other words, your total error here is actually six weeks o though you got to the end of it. And if you were to estimate it altogether, it would have taken you nine weeks. But what has happened here is that, number one, you haven't gotten better estimating rit the estimation process has not been refined.
