The Importance of Focusing on the Next Step

A lot of the focus is about making sure you plan the sprint well that we don't burden the development team too much. What they've actually achieved at the end of it, it's really not always the focus. The feedback loops originally were intended to inform the next steps as in you're planning your next sprint based on feedback from from those deliverables or results from sprints. But these feedback things now have instead become checkpoints to ensure we've completed what we agreed to two weeks earlier.
