Is Tap Still Filtered?

Is it trash to ask the restaurant if the water is filtered? I would defer to you. If somebody says sparkling is still implies, do you want a bottle of sparkling or a bottle of still water? That's going to come from a, a third party source. We ain't a third party sorce like a bottling place. Is going to be bottled somewhere else, and it's going to be the source of the water.
