A lot of that at least initially had to do with writers not getting respect and you feel like that's changed or is that still part of what glues you all together? Do I think that writers get more respect? It really depends on who you're writing for. People who are coming in new to the field step through the door really pissed off. Just like, nobody's listening to me. Why would they listen to me? So yeah. For sure.
