What's Changed in Outbound?

i don't think outbound will be declared dead any time soon. We're going to focus on how marketing and all the other departments can help with it. There's a balance you need to strike - one doesn't rule out the other. Time flies, i saw it twouly two years ago nowy that was july 12 or something like that. And when when we started out without bounds, i think thi's also out ten years ago. I'm not sure if he really is the guy tha figured it out. Probably was around already then but at least he wrote the book about it.
