Do You Have a Plan for the Interview?
I like the amount of code writing that i get to do. I feel like it keeps me in touch with the team in a way that i wouldn't be if i wasn't writing code. It's nice to get a very concrete thing done when you're working in the abstract so much. Plead the fifth flip the interview around to interview them who say, you'll be rating them on their abilities as an interviewer.
