The Death of a Rope-Like Contraption
In 2003, eight women died hanging naked from a rope-like contraption that was sold in exotic shops. References are found in medieval European documents and ancient oriental sex guides about this. It had a padding to prevent neck bruises and chafings - but it didn't prevent death. There's a whole electric kink as well.
