Populism and the Next Economic Downturn
Connecticut has the highest per capita income in the country, but it consists of rich people next to a lot of poor people. The average is exist; there's got to be metrics for that part of the population. I would say it should be a national initiative by the president or somebody in which you take the metrics. And then you have initiatives of how to be able to deal with it. Right now if you had like a magic wand and you could just write three pieces of policy that could be passed by our Congress? That'd solve this issue right now.
