How to Get a Divorce on the Grounds of Irritable Damage
A couple wants to get a divorce on the grounds of irritable damage, does just one person have to say that the marriage isn't working and that they want to end it? Well, if both spouses want a divorce, then you file a petition by mutual consent. A mutual consent divorce can be granted within six months. Some cases don't get resolved through a settlement process. So some cases then become a full fledged trial where the court has to decide whether the person who has asked for divorce is able to prove her case.
