The Demographics of La Sombritos

The L.A. Times profiled a Peruvian man who was installing bus shelters unilaterally in 2018. The city would like take a cut of the revenue and they were going to build like, uh, 2,500 of them. There's only one demographic for whom this is useful: tall seven year olds.
