The Supreme Court ruled that a state has the right to make abortion illegal at a certain point in pregnancy. The ruling is based on constitutionality and it's telling us that the arguments the left has made, i don't agree with, are not valid. Abortion is fundamentally different as roe and casey acko ledge, because it destroys what those decisions called fedal life, and what the law now before us describes as an unborn human being.
