Is There a Role Model in Your Past?
I like things like the angel and the devil, you know, on your shoulder. I think if you have great relationships with your kids, you'll be inclined to stay. And this is a wonderful job and it should be a lot of fun. It's hard for me to believe that those 50% have wonderful relationships with their students. That needs to be considered as important.
