Progosian and Wagner's Situational Awareness

Wagner appears to be still alive and well, walking around St. Petersburg, maybe even Moscow. Some of his empire is getting shut down, so notably his troll operations and quote unquote media propaganda channels are getting shut down. But there's some indication that Wagner may be continuing to recruit,. which means that maybe they're still receiving funds.
