The author keeps yelling in his book. It is like you have been dropped into a Lindy West essay collection. He writes, quote, in all caps, ideally our muscles should obey our will reasonably our will should not be dominated by the reflex actions of our muscles. These are also very clearly the work of the guy who kept yelling about how Americans should be more like animals.
