How to Interact With Your Higher Self?

I'm like, who are the watchers? You know, they're always watching me and I gave the specifics. And somehow in my answer, it came back that it was me. Is it sort of like time travel where your higher self or this other part of yourself is like traveling at a faster speed than you are as a human third-dimensioned being? It's just how we've decided to view cycles of things. We survive and exist in lots of layers. This is just one filter that we can see.
