Katie Cevallos: I think many people have, with very good reason, been very much focusing lately on sort of just making it through today. She says being able to take that broader perspective and think about how we fit into the larger picture is very freeing when you've spent all your time thinking about survival. "It takes a lot of resilience sometimes to remind yourself that a setback is not necessarily the end of your career," she says.
