How to Rewrite Your Thoughts and Beliefs

We have 60 thousand thoughts a day. If they really did determine our lives, we'd all be a little lil loope right now. It's our beliefs that do that. We say that our thoughts create a reality, and they don't. The beliefs do. And the difference is a thought with heavy emotion tied to it, that becomes a belief. That emotion is what anchors it in to your subjecs. You're subconscious, that's where we decide that this is true for me, and i'll spend the rest of my life proving it.
