The Importance of Continuity in Classes
Reformer pilates is a tough old industry. We're all very creative in this industry. I think most reformer pilates have been invested very heavily in their education. Any instructors, so we're normally the cream of the crop to a lot of extent. So yeah, I'd love to learn your views on how you get that kind of continuity across the studio where you know I see people doing TV screens, that type of thing.
