The Serpent Tricked Adam and Eve

The notion that deity is omniscient is kind of challenged by God going, where are you? What are you doing? Hey, whoa, whoa. Did you do what I told you not to do? And for some reason in this story, that's the last thing God wants. It does mention the tree of life earlier. So he's got to go shut that down because if they take from it, they have become gods.
