Every morning on an empty stomach, I go for a four, five, six rounds of Tabata. And that's the beginning of my day. Three times a week I live to it and I teach several nights a week. Some week I will do a session of CrossFit, some week I will doing a session of Parkour. You're also working out with the people as well. So it's very, very high intensity. But I don't want to do it.
