After a game which we had lost, it then became after a loss, a draw or a win. For me, I woke up feeling anxious with that horrible sense of fear. How did you get through that with energy levels? Because there's a physical toy that I would expect from heavy drinking and going in. Did you work out in the morning or did you take that into work and just get through it?Yeah, in a nutshell.
