The Recapitulation by Berlioz
Berlioz is an innovator here in a way he doesn't often get credit for. He essentially skips the recapitulation entirely, and instead writes a large scale coda. The winds play this hyper version of the ede fic while the strings toss wild scales all around the orchestra. This was a kind of cacophany that most audience members were not used to.
