"There's a feeling that the populists come in and just do," says Julian Zelizer. "What those folks say they're going to do, they almost never do," he adds. Inclusive capitalism is about harnessing everyone for good, but also delivering on behalf of people who can't eat freedom or buy a house with it, writes Zelizer.
