I Think It's Really Important to Take Agency Over One's Career

I think sometimes being an intrpiner is someone that really should actually be an otpiner, and they're in the wrong place to pursue that opportunity. To do great work, we think of that as being something that's inside ourselves, or something maybe individual. You can't just do a company that makes whatever and sells whatever at whatever price and expect the market to accept that. And i think you got to be aware that your prog oud be facing trade offs among all the different desiderata of one's career. It's my belief that the world doesn't owe you a living, and i certainly don't owe you your dream job.
