Eternal Life Is Not Just About Eating

Jesus is the snake crusher in the embodiment of God's wisdom. We eat from him when we partake in what we call the Eucharist or communion. Eternal life can be accessed right now because eternal life is not necessarily just about living forever, it's a relationship.
