Do We Really Need a Tractor?

Bob Greene: What is an asset and what is a liability? Anything that takes money out of my pocket. He says sometimes big, fancy green and yellow tractors become a liability just because they go on the asset side of your balance sheet. Greene: Do we really need to have a tractor? Can we barter with a neighbor? Can we lease it? It's all comes down to cash flow. If we don't know our numbers, if we're not doing something like ranching for profit or some kind of a bookkeeping system.
