Morning and Night Routine

I think it's fine sometimes just as long as you're aware of it. Some days I am really good about staying off my phone. Other days I pick it up as soon as I wake up like this morning, probably why I cannot even think straight right now. When I don't do that and when I meditate, it just clears up space in my brain for so much more creativity. I'm happier. I'm calmer when I do that. So I try to be as consistent as I can with that.
