The Future of Web Rendering

I feel like the temptation is to make a JavaScript file and then write copy button equals document. I've ever, by the early days before it was decided that it was uncool is to just put an on click handler right in HTML. And then of course in JSX is the only way to do it,. But why not? Is on click back? Can we like screw query selector? Why even bother with query select? Just put the click handler right on the frickin HTML. Or on click in the HTML. It's funny how these things become cyclical or, you know, fattish or whatever else because there's so many different ways to solve problems on the web
