Is There an Escalation in Cyber Threat Activity in Taiwan?
It's very difficult to try to trace to any one driver of potential escalation in overall cyber threat activity against Taiwan. A lot of organizations now with operations in Taiwan are starting to think through what that long-term outlook looks like. And we also know that groups like APD41, it's also sometimes private organizations that are contracted by government to do cyber espionage missions. But it's a mandate's job to really clarify the whole gray area and to give you the best intel that we have in terms of understanding the bad guys.
